Used DeckPro for power washing and re-staining our Pergola. From the jump working with Genevieve on getting a quote went extremely easy. Speaking with the young lady from your company. I believe her name was Gwen. Ovi, if I spelled that right. She was such a sweetheart, great customer service. I'm talking about top of the line if I hadn't chosen to do the job myself. I definitely would have given 2 year company the job of sending and painting my deck because she was such a sweetheart. We recently bought a home with a 30-year-old deck that needed some serious TLC. After getting various recommendations and quotes, we signed on with DeckPros and have to say they went above and beyond in every capacity. Our experience with DeckPro was absolutely terrific, start to finish. We needed to have a deck railing installed quickly to address an insurance concern and DeckPro was very responsive. Justin came out and understood right away what we wanted for the railing, and designed a railing that was exactly what we were looking for. Randy helped us evaluate kits and suppliers and a local showroom. Justin and Ryan came out to do the install and they built exactly what we wanted. Extremely professional and competent, and the work is flawless. Communication was also terrific, we knew exactly when Justin and Ryan would be onsite and they showed us the completed work and went through the details at the end of day. Will use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.-----------Update 08/21/2023 - We had DeckPro clean and stain/seal our deck and once again they did a terrific job. Randy quickly gave us an estimate and sent us pictures of finished decks with the 2 stain colors were considering. The pictures helped us easily pick our stain color. Genevieve scheduled us and made sure all our questions were answered. Ryan came out to do the work with assistance with Christian. We were happy to work with Ryan again and we're thrilled with the quality focus and the final result.-----------Update on 05/21/20224 - DeckPro tore down and replaced an old/rotting cellar door, and replaced a rotting shed platform for us. Both replacements were designed-from-scratch by Justin and he made sure we received exactly what we wanted, and gave us a lot of helpful suggestions on materials and construction techniques. We're extremely happy with how they both turned out and the quality is terrific. It's been a pleasure to work with DeckPro and Justin again.

Our deck lattice was in very poor shape and needed a facelift. The team at DeckPro did an AMAZING job with our design and custom storage door. The team was very professional, hardworking and tentative to our wishes from start to finish. Not only is our new design more durable but also gives a nice modern touch. I gotta say, DeckPro Surface Solutions did an amazing job on repairing my deck. The whole process from start to finish was so easy and fast.I have to give a few major shout-outs to the staff.1st, Randy for coming by my house and examining the condition of the deck. He provided my wife and I with honest as well as fair pricing and recommendations on what to fix. You'll be surprised on how many businesses in the industry will try and push you to destroy your deck and want you to build a brand new from the ground up.2nd, Christian who was the carpenter who repaired my deck. He and his team finished the deck repair (replace the boards and building a brand new railing), power washing, and staining the deck in only 2 days. Christian, even provided us with some advice on how to maintain the deck.3rd, Genevieve for guiding us through the whole process as well as organizing time for Christian and his team to start the project.Overall my family and I couldn't be happier with the work that DeckPro Surface Solutions has done.

Great experience from first contacting DeckPro through completion. Quote was thorough and clear for power wash, repairs, and stain. The first crew that came out misunderstood one small repair part of the quote, and after contacting the office to point it out, they came back out same day to make it right. Deck Maintenance
THIS IS A 2-DAY PROCESS
First we remove any outdoor furniture, plants, statues, and toys that might obstruct our work area. We then conduct a detailed inspection of the work surface for cracks, splinters, loose/popping nails, warped boards and anything else that a customer might want to address. Once we assess the job and make any necessary repairs, we systematically presssure wash every spindle, hand rail, floorboard and accessible support post. After the washing is complete, we rinse the entire area to ensure removal of dirt that got kicked up in the process.
Protect Your Investment
We recommend that wood exposed to the outdoor elements be treated every other year, especially floorboards and hand rails that take the brunt of the weather. Vertical surfaces can usually hold up for a longer period of time in between treatments. Regular maintenance will help prevent damage to your wood that could include warping, rotting, cracking, mold growth, dirt accumulation, and ultraviolet sun damage. In addition to being unsightly, these defects can create safety concerns due to splintering, loose spindles/handrails, rotting floorboards, and protruding nails. We believe the best way to avoid these problems is to implement a carefully planned deck maintenance program that will keep your investment looking new and attractive.
