I had an amazing experience with DeckPro on my deck’s renovation project! From start to finish, the team was professional and skilled. They provided us options that we could choose from. Their craftsmanship was outstanding—every board is aligned well. Most of the time there were only 2 people who would come and do the work. However on some days only 1 person was there do to the painting job. After the deck renovation was completed, we asked them to give some finishing touches in some spots and they readily agreed and completed the job in a timely manner.The crew was respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly after completion, and completed the project on schedule. I’ve already received compliments from my neighbors!If you’re looking for quality work, great communication, and a deck that truly enhances your home, I highly recommendDeckPro. The only negative for us was that the cost was high compared to what I had heard for the same kind of work from our friends and neighbors.

Justin did a SUPER job of building the stairway! He was at work promptly for three days. My patio was as clean when he left as when he started. Materials used were the best available. I feel strongly that I got value for my money!

From the very beginning, Randy and his team guided us through the unexpected challenge of having to change our original plans to meet township zoning requirements. They helped us pivot quickly and still delivered a deck that is absolutely gorgeous — and right on schedule.The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful — our neighbors even noticed how courteous they were (no swearing, no trash left behind, just long days of steady work).Randy also listened carefully to our concerns about costs and worked with us to keep things manageable, which we really appreciated.Most importantly, both he and Justin showed such care and sensitivity to our personal situation. We called around to multiple companies that said they can restore decks and not have to rebuild. Turns out, they don't, most said it was too much work. DeckPro quoted a fair price for the size of the deck, and the amount of sanding and power washing then the staining. They were done in one day and responsive the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Our new insurance company wanted us to put new railings on our steps and we didn't want to spend a lot. Justin put made several suggestions of options and we are happy with the end result. Justin came on a sweltering day when I was at work and was here from about 10 a.m. until after 5 p.m. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was done (though I imagine he was exhausted). He also spent time explaining how to care for it in future. Would definitely call DeckPro again.

Deck Maintenance
THIS IS A 2-DAY PROCESS
First we remove any outdoor furniture, plants, statues, and toys that might obstruct our work area. We then conduct a detailed inspection of the work surface for cracks, splinters, loose/popping nails, warped boards and anything else that a customer might want to address. Once we assess the job and make any necessary repairs, we systematically presssure wash every spindle, hand rail, floorboard and accessible support post. After the washing is complete, we rinse the entire area to ensure removal of dirt that got kicked up in the process.
Protect Your Investment
We recommend that wood exposed to the outdoor elements be treated every other year, especially floorboards and hand rails that take the brunt of the weather. Vertical surfaces can usually hold up for a longer period of time in between treatments. Regular maintenance will help prevent damage to your wood that could include warping, rotting, cracking, mold growth, dirt accumulation, and ultraviolet sun damage. In addition to being unsightly, these defects can create safety concerns due to splintering, loose spindles/handrails, rotting floorboards, and protruding nails. We believe the best way to avoid these problems is to implement a carefully planned deck maintenance program that will keep your investment looking new and attractive.
