Deck Pro months ago gave me several options as to what to do with the Deck that was built 17 years ago. Going through a divorce my funds were very limited and I needed to come to the best resolution possible in this timeframe. They were very patient with me, they answered any questions I had over the span of 3 to 4 months, they educated me on how to proceed further if I want to replace the deck and help me come to a resolution as what would fit in this timeline. I got them in busy season, and they were able to accommodate me as quickly as possible. They did an excellent job. We hired DecPro to fix our deck after neglecting upkeep too long. They did a great job, replacing 19 boards, fixing some lattice work, and resealing everything. Crew was polite, respectful, and hard working and the deck now looks brand new. Good quality work for a fair price.

Our original Trex deck needed a refresh, and we had difficulty finding someone to do the work. We called Deck Pro and spoke to Genevieve who was very positive they had done Trex decks in the past. She was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. The team was very professional and did an excellent job. After a day or two, we asked them to do a few touches ups. It was done very well and our deck looks new! I was impressed Randy as he called to make sure we were satisfied. Certainly will call them first next time.

From start to finish, I'd highly recommend DeckPro if you're considering any potential deck or fencing projects. From day one, Justin as the site supervisor was available to discuss options and troubleshoot any issues along the way. Genevieve too, as the administrative backbone of the company was highly accessible if I had a question or needed an update on the project. And lastly, its worth noting that Randy, the company owner, showed up repeatedly to make sure every objective of our project was completed and met our satisfaction. Its not every company where the boss still grabs a shovel to help ensure client satisfaction but you'll get that service with DeckPro. Highly recommend!
