Justin and DeckPro in general did a great job. I was especially impressed with them for their thoroughness and ability to keep me in the loop: I knew when to expect them, they told me if plans had to change in advance, and they arrived when they said they would. Definitely put the pro in DeckPro.

Wow — truly a fabulous experience and top-quality work. I’m a hard-to-please consumer, but DeckPro really knocked it out of the park. Every part of the process was professional and timely — from submitting my number on the website and getting a quick call/text from Genevieve (who was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project, always returning calls quickly and keeping me updated by text), to Justine arriving on schedule to inspect the deck, to Christian and Dan completing the work on time and walking me through everything they were doing.As a female homeowner, I’ve had my share of contractors trying to upsell me — but not this company. DeckPro was professional every step of the way. Even my engineer neighbor was impressed with the quality of the work.Highly recommend.

We had one of our properties stained by DeckPro, and the results were fantastic. The finish looks beautiful and pairs perfectly with our window frames. What truly sets DeckPro apart, though, is how easy they are to work with. Their communication is outstanding. They kept us updated every step of the way and answered every question promptly. This experience with DeckPros was fantastic from start to finish ! Communication was fantastic with Genevieve at home office to the team in the field! The work done was fantastic as from deck washing the floorboards and walls. Then the pergola also washed and statin. Very professional group and I felt pricing was very reasonable!

We've had Randy and Deck pro do work on our deck on two occasions, fixing the work of a previous contractor. Their work is impeccable and their professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I had an amazing experience with DeckPro on my deck’s renovation project! From start to finish, the team was professional and skilled. They provided us options that we could choose from. Their craftsmanship was outstanding—every board is aligned well. Most of the time there were only 2 people who would come and do the work. However on some days only 1 person was there do to the painting job. After the deck renovation was completed, we asked them to give some finishing touches in some spots and they readily agreed and completed the job in a timely manner.The crew was respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly after completion, and completed the project on schedule. I’ve already received compliments from my neighbors!If you’re looking for quality work, great communication, and a deck that truly enhances your home, I highly recommendDeckPro. The only negative for us was that the cost was high compared to what I had heard for the same kind of work from our friends and neighbors.
